A modern-farmhouse estate in Westlake where pool, lawn, motor court and landscape were designed as one composition.
At Magnolia the pool is one element of a complete site plan. Verde designed and built the pool and spa, the outdoor living areas, the motor court and walkways, and the landscape that ties the whole property together. Broad lawns, specimen trees and a linear lap-style pool complement the home's clean stone-and-metal architecture. The result is an estate that looks finished from every angle, including from above.
