01 — New Pool Construction
Custom gunite pools and spas, engineered for North Texas soil and built to last.
Every Verde pool begins as a site-specific design. We study topography, soil, drainage, sightlines and how your family actually lives outdoors, then engineer a pool that fits — structurally, visually and practically. From a clean geometric plunge pool to a resort-scale pool with spa, sun shelf and swim-up features, construction is managed in-house by a dedicated project manager from excavation to first swim.
02 — Pool Renovations
Resurfacing, re-tiling, equipment upgrades and full redesigns that make an existing pool feel new.
An aging pool does not have to be torn out to become a luxury pool. Verde renovates existing pools with new interior finishes, tile and coping, updated decking, added spas, sun shelves and water or fire features, and modern energy-efficient equipment with automation. We assess the existing shell and plumbing honestly first, then scope a renovation that delivers the biggest change for the budget.
03 — Outdoor Living Environments
Cabanas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, structures and landscapes designed as one environment.
The pool is rarely the whole story. Verde designs and builds complete outdoor living environments — covered cabanas and pavilions, outdoor kitchens, fire pits and fireplaces, putting greens and turf, water features, lighting and landscape — with the structural, electrical and plumbing work coordinated so every element operates seamlessly with the pool.
04 — Design
Award-winning in-house designers, photoreal 3D renderings, and plan sets that remove surprises.
Verde is a true design-build firm. Our in-house, award-winning architectural designers work directly with our construction team, which eliminates the disconnect between concept and execution. During the design phase we deliver schematic plans and high-fidelity 3D renderings that validate geometry, materials, sightlines and systems integration — so what you approve is what gets built.
05 — Beyond the Build
Orientation, warranty support, and weekly service plans — if we build it, we want to keep taking care of it.
Handover at Verde is a process, not a moment. Start-up includes system cleaning and brushing, water chemistry balancing, automation programming and a comprehensive owner orientation we call "pool school." Warranty documentation and recommended maintenance plans are provided, and we offer weekly service and maintenance for every project we build.
