Free Consultation & Site Assessment
Schedule & align
We conduct an on-site technical assessment to document topography, utilities, drainage, sightlines, and access, establish functional requirements, and align scope and preliminary budget.

Step 2
Conceptual Design & 3D Renderings
Technical design validation
Our design team delivers schematic plans and high-fidelity 3D renderings to validate geometry, materials, and systems integration; schematic civil and structural requirements are identified.

Step 3
Detailed Proposal, Engineering & Permitting
Scope & approvals
We produce a line-item proposal, discuss structural/soil engineering, prepare permit-ready documentation, and manage HOA and municipal submissions to secure approvals.
Timing2–8+ weeks (permit-dependent). -
Step 4
Construction & Project Management
Execution & QA
A dedicated project manager oversees excavation, structural shell, mechanical/plumbing/electrical integration, finishes, and hardscaping with scheduled inspections and QA checkpoints to ensure compliance and build integrity.
Timing12–24 weeks (scope-dependent). -
Step 5
Orientation, Handover & Warranty Support
System verification & owner training
We perform final system checks, water chemistry validation, automation handover, and a structured owner training session; warranty documentation and maintenance options are provided to protect your asset.
Timing1–2 weeks for turnover; ongoing service per agreement.
