The project
A hilltop Roanoke property with a long modern pool, an integrated spa, a covered living pavilion and an outdoor fireplace.
Ridgetop takes advantage of a sloping site to create a series of terraces: a long pool with an integrated spa on the main level, a covered living pavilion with a fireplace and television, and lounge decks that follow the grade. Structural engineering and drainage were central to the design, and the finishes — stone, wood and pale concrete — were chosen to age well in full Texas sun.
