The project
A Colleyville outdoor living environment with a pool and spa, a covered structure, and a fire feature designed around a mature-tree backyard.
Sawyer Dr balances a large pool and spa with the existing trees and grade of an established Colleyville lot. A covered outdoor living structure provides shade and a place for the television and kitchen, while a fire feature extends the season. Drainage and grading were engineered up front so the finished hardscape and planting hold up to North Texas weather.
