A compact Plano lot transformed into a modern retreat — pool, spa, tanning ledge and a cabana with a fire table, all lit for night use.
De Grey Lane shows what a tight urban lot can become. The pool, spa and tanning ledge were sized precisely to the yard, leaving room for a cabana with a fire table and a proper lounge. Every surface was chosen to read cleanly against the modern home, and a full lighting plan makes the space as usable at 10 pm as it is at noon. Aerial documentation shows how the plan uses every square foot.
