A clean, contemporary pool and spa designed to showcase what a well-proportioned backyard can be — modern lines, a tanning ledge, and a seamless connection to the covered patio.
Built alongside a model home in Keller, this project demonstrates how much can be achieved on a typical residential lot when the design is disciplined. A rectilinear pool with a tanning ledge and integrated spa sits tight to the covered patio, so the pool reads as an extension of the house rather than an object in the yard. Crisp coping, a simple deck plan, and restrained planting keep the focus on proportion and materials.
